NOTE: There may be multiple applications registered for the property.
1.To submit an application on one of our properties you must have visited the property and have the showing agents contact information. This information will be requested during application process.
2. Any Special request of special provision for the lease will be negotiated during the lease process.
3. An application is required for each adult over the age of 18 regardless of whether or not they are employed and/or will be responsible for the lease. Please be prepared to provide their email address for the link for them to apply.
4. The NON-REFUNDABLE application fee is $55 in MD, NC, NJ, PA, VA, WV and $50 in DC and DE. All applicants 18 years or older must apply. Payment of the processing fee is required at the time the application is completed online. NOTE: a fee of $50.00 will be charged for each returned payment.
